Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping terms
All orders sent by Regular Lettermail Without Tracking is sent at the buyers risk. By choosing this option you assume all risks and responsibilities of sending your package without Tracking or Insurance. There will be no refunds or replacement accepted.
All orders sent by Tracked Package are fully covered for loss and damage.
There is a 45 day limit for any lost package claim, please submit any claim by email before 45 days after your order was made.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Busy Beaver is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking option is only available if selected at checkout.
